CNC cut out shapes. routed numbers & letters
Strata Panels UK can cut out accurate numbers or letters from different thicknesses of MDF to be used for display purposes and signage. The results can be hung on walls or mounted on to a base to be freestanding. Lettering can also routed for a mitred or embossed look. To finish we can powdercoat, wetspray or laminate.
The example shown; the number 8 is 1m high, made from 25mm thick MDF.
Large letters can be cut from various fonts to match corporate branding and logos can be recreated from vector files. The wooden alphabet letters can be used for shop displays, exhibition displays, conference presentations or theatre productions.
We can also cut specific shapes and sizes with end drilling. Strata Panels UK can work from customer CAD files for CNC routing in mdf, mfc, plywood and other materials. Our skilled craftsmen programme the CNC machine enabling all CNC routing services with CNC router cutters and specialized tools.
