Payroll / Accounts Administrator Role

A great opportunity has arisen for a Payroll / Accounts Administrator.

We are looking to strengthen the accounts team by bringing in a proven Payroll / Accounts Administrator.  This role is perfect for someone with knowledge of the SAGE Payroll system, experience is essential as you will take ownership of the day to day duties from processing and administering monthly payroll for about 25 employees from start to finish including SSP, SMP, SPP and checking Pension Auto Enrolment compliance. Setting up new starters and leavers and processing changes, dealing with Tax, NI and all payroll related issues and queries, as well as assisting with accounting and administration duties where needed.  The position reports to the Financial Controller.  This is a part time position working Monday to Friday, hours to suit.  

  1. The Successful candidate must have previous exposure working in an office environment.

You must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, in order to effectively resolve issues and build relationships. 

  1. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this position, as are strong work ethic and investigation approach.

SALES & MARKETING ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time sales person working Monday to Friday from our offices in Warboys, Cambridgeshire. 
The Role:
To actively seek out new sales leads and routes to market.
To handle incoming enquiries from company website.
Managing the order process from design & quotation through to completion.
Liaising with internal manufacturing & customers regarding work in progress.
The successful applicant must have;

  1. Some previous sales/telesales experience essential.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage.
  3. Experience in CAD design and/or Google Sketchup drawing packages useful.
  4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  5. Be able work to a high standard within a busy team environment.

SALES SUPPORT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time/full time sales support person working Monday to Friday for a minimum 6 hours per day.  The role is based in our offices & factory in Warboys, Cambridgeshire. 
The Role:
To handle incoming sales and enquiries from company websites and Ebay shop, processing orders, liaising with customers regarding work in progress.
Communication with external suppliers and internal manufacturing.
No cold calling or hard selling necessary.
The successful applicant must have;

  1. Some previous sales/telesales experience.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage.
  3. Ebay selling experience would be useful.
  4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  5. Be able work to a high standard within a busy team environment.
  6. Attention to Detail.

Kitchen Fitter / Joiner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a kitchen/furniture fitter. 
We produce high quality bespoke and standard furniture for a wide variety of commercial and high end clients. Our factory is based in Warboys, Cambridgeshire. 
The multi-skilled kitchen/furniture fitter is required to join our expanding team within Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
The successful applicant must have :

    • Previous experience in kitchen fitting or joinery
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Use of own tools that are fit for purpose
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
    • Be able work to a high standard and to specific customer requirement within a furniture manufacturing environment.

    CNC – OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER

    We are looking to recruit experienced woodworking CNC Operators/Programmer who will be working on components and repeated products made from different types of wood based materials.  
    We design and manufacture contract hotel/student accommodation furniture, shop fittings, display stands and exhibition furniture throughout the UK.  We are expanding and now require an additional shift to fulfil our customer requirements.
    The successful applicant must have;

    1. Will be required to accurately plan the production method and create part programs using CAD software i.e. software called Genesis, knowledge of other CAD programmes could be easily transferred.  They will be able to plan and specify tooling requirements including any jigs and fixtures of special cutting tools.  
    2. The ideal applicant will be timed served, fully skilled engineer/tool maker with extensive experience of CAD programming.  They will have the ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models and controls.

    FULL / PART TIME DRIVERS

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding team of drivers; we are looking to recruit both full / part time drivers.
    The successful applicant must have;

    1. Full UK clean driving license (must be over 25 years old for insurance reasons and have held a driving license for more than 2 years) to be considered for this role.
    2. Experience in driving 3.5tonne Luton type vehicles.
    3. Good communication and confident customer facing skills
    4. Confident driving around London.

     

    Duties include:

    1. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and will be expected to drive safely and responsibly
    2. Ensure correct loading and unloading of the vehicle and some manual handling
    3. Flexible full or part time daily hours
    4. Fuel the vehicle and keep regular vehicle checks
    5. To manage working time hours, accurately recording start and finish times and delivery times.
